Honolulu, and Vancouver, closing at Wellington, per Main Trunk train, Tuesday, July 4, at 11.15 a.m. All the principal mails by train and steamer close at To Aro and Courtenay Place Post Offices at the same hours as at the Chief Post Office, with the eiception that there is no late-fee clearance. All books and sample-packets and newspapers for places within the Dominion must be posted half an hour before the ordinary letter-mail closes.
