The Powers havo been notified, and an intimation has been conveyed to tho Moroccan Government that the step does not imply any unfriendly intention towards Morocco. FRANCE NOTIFIED. WITHDRAWAL ON RESTORATION OF ORDER. (Ee«. July 3, 0.20 a.m.) Paris, July 2. The German Ambassador, Baron von Schoen, has informed 11. de Selves, the new French Minister for Foreign Affairs, of the dispatch of a gunboat owing to an agitation in the Agadir district. The gunboat will convey assistance and relief if it is needed. Tho Ambassador added that the vessel would withdraw as soon as tranquillity was restored, and he hoped tho measure would in nowise modify the relations between France and Germany.
