W.F.A. COMMITTEE MEETING. The weekly meeting of the Management Committee o£ the Wellington Football Association was held last evening, Mr. 1). L. Salmon presidium. A letter was received from the Y.M.C.A. CI lib. in which it was stated that, in the match between their Fourth Division team and Diamonds, the lntter had played a Swifts Fifth Division man, this being ngainst the by-laws. It was decided to hold discussion over until the proper form (embodying the names of players on Diamonds side) has been sent in.

A. request was received from the Johnsonvillo Club asking that all future matches in . which they particinate 'be played on the club's "grounds-nt Johnsonville. After discussion, it was decided that the club should play home and homo matches.

F. Harlem, a member of St. John's First Division team, was granted permission' to piny for the Second Division team.

The committee decided to donate tho sum of one guinea towards tho Hopple relief fund.

Mr. B. L. Salmon moved that the minute of April 12, relative to playing matches at Duppa Street ground, be rescinded, and that it be left in tho hands of tho Ground Committee to decided what matches be played on these grounds. Considerable discussion ensued over this, and some members of the committee voiced the opinion that, if this motion were carried, it would mean that Second Division and junior matches would be played out of town so oh to give fay to senior.games. The mover gave this a dtnial, stating that the Ground Committee would usei discretion in the matter. The outcome of the discussion was that tho motion was. agreed to, providing that only one senior match bo played at Duppa Street if Newtown Park be hot available on Saturdays. A statement of accounts owing to tho association by clubs was presented by the treasurer (Mr. \V. Duncan). This showed that tho sum of .£6O 4s. was outstanding. The secretary was instructed t> notify all clubs that are in arrears with subscriptions that same must be paid by July 1, otherwise by-law No. 2 will be enforced.
