Mnnckton, Speedy v. County of Castlepoint, Hansen v. New Zealand Shipping Company, Slierwood v. New Zealand Shipping Company, Payne v. tho Union Steam Ship Company, and the Public Trustee v. Borough of Tomiikn. The Carpenters' and Joiners' Union, nnd tho Wellington Tinplato Operatives' Union have filed disputes. — ,--..... Applications are to Iks made to add pai* ties m the matter ..of tho Wellington Building Trades Labourers' award, tho Wellington Cooks' and Waiters' award, and the Wellington Painters' and Decorators' award. > An application will bo mado to nmend tho Wellington Saddlers' award, and in tho matter of tho New Zealand Federated Tnilorcsses' award, the Court will bo asked to brinsr a clause into force. Notice has been given of motion to redeem, in the case of Hcrmitnsson v, Eoss. { An action for penalty, Bolland v. War. dell Bros, and Co., is also set , down. This is a test case brought by tho Labour Department to determine a question relating to holidays. A case has been stated in connection with the dispute recently brought before the Conciliation Commissioner by the Merchant Service Guild.
