Notice has been given of motion to redeem, in the case of Hcrmitnsson v, Eoss. { An action for penalty, Bolland v. War. dell Bros, and Co., is also set , down. This is a test case brought by tho Labour Department to determine a question relating to holidays. A case has been stated in connection with the dispute recently brought before the Conciliation Commissioner by the Merchant Service Guild.
