STOCK EXCHANGE AND TALISMAN COMPANY. (Sy Telegraph—Prose Association.! Auckland, .Tune 26. Members- of the Auckland Stock Exchange have decided not to quoto Talisman Consolidated shares on the market. This action is the outcome of tho refusal of the Talisman Company lo supply copies of important cablegrams and returns sent lo the London office for posting on the local Exchange unless the cost of the wires are defrayed by tho Stock Exchange. Negotiations in regard to the matter have been carried on between the Exchange and the Talisman office for several days past, and the company has firmly declined to forward the information'required unless tho Exchange undertakes the cost, of tho toleerams. At the present moment, therefore, there appears to, bo a serious deadlock. ___^___
