At Mr. J. O. fcatchelor's sale held last week by the New Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., Dalgoty and Co., Ltd., and Abraham and Williams. Ltd., thero was a. largo and representative attendance, the Eoinney sheep did not meet with the competition that was anticipated, tho recent rougu weatner detracting from their appearance, and. no doubt, affecting the price realised. The Jersey cattle were greatly admired and Keenly sought after buyers for these coming from outside dlatnc.ts.
