c IJIIJ-WINTER HANDICAP. The Wellington Amateur Swimming flub chcidrd a race at Te Arn Baths on Saturday afternoon. Both the atmosphere and the water worn very cold, but quite a good crowd of spectators attended. The result was:— Mid-winter Handicap. 50yds.—D. Tripe, 16=ec, 1; E. Lew, Isec, 2; W. H.
