•'■ To-night a monster torchlight proces■sioa,\v.ill' start fvom the Government .Buildings',-supported by the sth Regiment .Wellington Riiles, Peto.ne. and ..Wellington Navals, school cadets and other units, with five bands. The route of the procession will bo Lambton Quay, Willis Street, Manners Street, Cuba Street, Vivian 'Street, Kent Terrace, Adelaide Road, and Rinfoul Street. On 1 arrival at'tlio Athletic Park a' monster fireworks' display will bo given. Searchlights from the forts will be used to illuminate the "Battle of AVaterloo," in which hundreds of Territorials will take part'. The sail-' ors from' the warships Pioneer and Cambrian, will givo a naval display. His Excellency Lord Islington and suite will bo present, also the officers from the warships.
