■ 9 BIG AREA STILL SUBMERGED, i Bj Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Melbourne, June 23. Reports 'from Seymour state that a sudden rise occurred in the Goulburn River. All the streets are under water, and many houses are flooded. The only means of transit are vehicles and boats. Tho latest reports show that in the flooded districts the rivers are falling. Sig areas aro still under water. There has been widespread damage.
