GAS EXPLOSION.
»- FITZROY BAKERY WRECKED. By Telegraph—Press Assnciation-Oopyrleht Melbourne, June 23. A gas explosion at Conway's bakery at Fitzroy wrecked the building. . The windows were blown across the street, and adjoining houses wero damaged. , The residents, thinking there had been an earthquake, rushed into the road in their night attire. Curiously, Conway and his wife were sleeping right over the centre of the explosion, but were not awakened, though a .large hole was blown right under the bed.
