, 1 i , •'■''■■''.' ■ ■ The following fascinating article was specially written by , one-of the greatest financial authorities of ftie day, whose opinions are regarded as of the highest value toy the captains of finance 9 and who has probably helped more people to secure riches and wealth than any other single Individual living. The article bristles with facts and with the most In-' teresfing information which will appeal to readers of every class. The author shows very conclusively how money Is to be made without any risk whatever.

: 1. —It is surprising how many people are content to remain in i comparative poverty all their lives. • I '2— This is not through lack of ambition, but through lack of information, and. because they fail to grasp the opportunities that are Offered. It is more than a pity that people should have fortune knoc'king at their doors, and that the doors should remain closed, locked, and bolted. 3.—-Have you ever realised what it means to be rich? What would it not mean to you to throw off for ever all the harrassing worries of a limited —in many cases a very limited —income? You •would number among yoxvr friends men of position and influence —in fact, you for yourself would become one of them. Wealth. would create a new world for you; things that once you thought were unobtainable, and towards which you cast longing, but hopeless eyes, become suddenly possible, and you have only to put out your hand and grasp them. 4.—Few men or women imagine that this world of glorious possibilities lie's so near to them. They have looked upon their present position as a sort of "a nothing beyond," and all the time wealth, and position are well within their reach. .'•• s.—lf you are one of these, this article may prove the open door to this new world of enchantment and wealth. | 6. —The root principle of amassing riches is wise investment, and you now have an opportunity offered you whereby you may invest .to such advantage,.that you may quickly, and safely become, rich. ' '■.;.;. . .' ' 7.—The magnificent investment now offered you is in the nature of Securities, guaranteed by Continental Governments, and Municipalities. The system of investing in Continental Municipal Securities is the only one that, whilst giving absolute security regarding both Capital and Interest, at the same time offers to the holders of this stock the prospect of increasing their capital to an almost unlimited- extent. A Continental Municipal Security is really a* share in the richest'and most prosperous of countries, towns, and cities of the world. B.'—These Securities are issued and guaranteed by various Continental Governments and Municipalities, in much the same way as our Government Debentures, only the possibilities and probabilities of an enormous increase in capital value are iufinitely greater. The great outstanding feature of the Government Securities is that at any time the holders may become possessed of huge fortunes ranging from £40,000 downwards. A large sum of money is set aside every year to be distributed as profits among the holders of Securi'ties. These bonuses are distributed every month, two months, or three months, so that several times a year the holder of any Bonds is given splendid opportunities of earning a huge fortune. It is well to remember that these Securities have no connection with lotteries, and.there is not the slightest suspicion of the gambling element. 9.—The Capital cannot be lost, because the Securities have a market value, and- they may be sold for cash at any moment. "If at any time you want to sell your Security, your Banker will exchange its value for English Gold," is what a leading London paper recently said, and this is quite true. These Securities are equal to the current coin' of the realm. The Security offered is absolute. It is guaranteed by the rates and revenues, of the various cities and towns issuing these Securities, and your money cannot be lost any more than it could be lost by your trusting it to the Bank of England.
