» AN OLD MAN MISSING. (By Telegraph—l'ress Association.! Auckland, Juno 21. An elderly man named William Bray, of Onehunga, is missing, and fears aro entertained as to his safety. Mr. Bray, who is 82 years of ag-j, was suffering from a cancer on tho tongue, and it ii understood \yas to havo entorod a private hospital this afternoon to undergo an operation. It is stated that he leared the operation at- the last. Ho left his homo at seven o'clock this morning, and has not since been seen. At about eight o'clock this morning his watch, ring, and some silver which ho carried in hi* nockets were found on tho Manure bridge.
