I DAIRY COMMISSIONER'S STATE- . MENT. When speaking of factory butter gener- ■ ally, Mr. D. Cuddie, the Dairy Commissioner, said recently that somo exhibitors lost points through an excessive uso of I preservatives and consequent detoriora- :■ tion in flavour.
