Gd. per !;' nine-inch case.' !• Fruiterers complain that tho cold vreai.. ther has almost stopped tho salo of f fruit. ; Owing to the heavy shipments of Island {■■ oranges.on tho market Sydney oranges i have been neglected. They have sold lor ! 3s. to 4s. a case. [ The principal importation of fruit this [■ week came by tho JVloeraki on Wednesday 1 from Sydney. The shipment was landed | in good order, Alandarius in gin-cases l sold at from Bs. to 95.; and at .75., in I: packer cases. Other quotations are:— I Passion fruit, ss. to 9s. per half gin-case; ! pineapples, Bs. to 9s. Gd., per double case; f: and lemons, 4s. Gd. to Gs. 6d. per bushel [ case. [, Further consignments of lemons came [:■' iti hand from Melbourne yesterday, and [ 'the market is over-supplied.
