Persons who petitioned the City Council to delay the Constable Street 7.30 a.m. ear from Lambton Station till the arrival of the suburban train, in order that they might avail themselves of the workers' concession, are to bo informed that it is a matter for the Railway Department. Tho City Council decided last night to purchase certain birds offered by Mr. Ytiille, for the Museum, the nricc, ,£IOO, to bo paid out cf general revenue. The birds at the Museum aro to be grouped according to thwr order, as recommended by Mr. Stuckcy.
