THE ORANGEMEN AND THE PROCESSION. Oil has at length been thrown on tho troubled waters of the dispute that arose between the city authorities and the Loyal Orange Institution, when arrangemenls for the forthcoming Coronation celebrations were under discussion. It will be remembered that tho Procession Committee at a recent meeting decided to invite the Orangemen to take part in the procession on Coronation Day. At a meeting of the committee of the Orange Institute, on Monday evening, it was unanimously decided that the invitation should be accepted.
