MADERO'S AMBITION.
LIBERTY THROUGHOUT AMERICA. By Telceraph—Presa Association—Conyrieht Mcxico City, June 8. General Madero was enthusiastically greeted on his entry into the city. Speaking: to a huge crowd, he declared that the spirit of liberty would not bo satisfied until the reign of democracy was complete throughout the whole American Continent. United States secret service men have arrested at El Paso, on the border of Texas, four members of tho revolutionary forces operating in Lower California, and seized a largo supply of arms and nition.A widespread anti-Madero movement is declared to have been discovered in Lower California.
