PURCHASE OF INSIGNIA!. By Telegraph—Press Association—Oopyrieht London, June 8. The Queen has decided that the gift from the Marys of the Empire shall be dovoted to tho purchase of jewelled insignia of tho Garter and portraits of tho King and their Majesties' sons. The rest will bo devoted to charity. King George has received Cuba's present of 100,000 cigars.
