6 RIOTOUS IRISH YOUTHS. By TelcEraph—Press Association-Copyrißht London, Juno 8. The corporation of New Ross, near Wexford, Ireland, discussed tho action of youths who tore down flags decorating tho streets during a musical festival. It was stated that tho (lags treated in this way were Kew Zealand ensigns, not Union Jacks, as previously stated, and that the offenders wero youths who did not belong to the town.
