TRAM MEN-NEW TRIBUNAL.
THE FIRST FINDING. Tho Wellington Tramway Appeal Board has announced its first finding—tho decision in tho caso John Kicrnander v. tho Wellington City Corporation, heard last' week. In accordance with the rcgulations governing the proceedings of tho board the decision has been forwarded to the Minister for Public Works (the Hon, ]{. M/Kenzie). Following is tho text ot tho board's finding:— "That no definite charge of theft lias been sustained against tho said John Kicrnander and that' the appeal bo allowed in so far as tho charge of the melt of twopence is concerned, llio board feels that' there has been a neglect ot duty bv John Kicrnander in tins caso ill not issuing tickets to passengers when ho received fares.
