Bd. to Vs. lid.; empty store owes, to 7s. 6d.; aged Lincoln rams. 155.; 2 and '.-tooth Lincoln-skinned wethers, 12s. 7d. 2-tooth empty ewes, to lis. Id.; fatewes, to 133. 6d.; light fat. maiden ewe; and wethers, to 14s. A line of 350 4, 6-tooth to f.f.m. in lamb realised 13s. Bd. Small v.-caner steers, 2-55.; weancr heifers, 25=.; yearling heifers, £2 lis.; store cows, £3 65.; forward cows, £4 25., £4 2s. 6d., £4 145.; light fat cows, £5 4s. to £5 9s. 6d.; cows and calves, to £4 125.; 2-ycar steers, to £4 155.; 35-year steers, to £6 7s.
Messrs. Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report:—At our Palmerston North sale yesterday we had a fair entry of both sheep and cattle. Sheep rae'. with a ready sale at improved pri>.-s, and we managed to quit the whole of tho entry. Cattle roll 'rcely at late lates. We Quote:—Sheep; Forward empty ewes, 7s. 7d.; store empty ev.cj. ss. 6d.; 4, 6, and s.m. ewes in lamb. 6s. 9d. to 75.; wethers.(small), Bs. 3d.; lambs. Gs. Bd. to 7s'. lid. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., report:—On Monday; at. llimitangi. wc had a good yarding of both sheep and cattle. A good sale resulted, very few nenn being turned out unsold. On Tuesday we held a, sale of horecs and implements, on account of Mrs. A. Shannon. The. attendance was good, and all lines made full current values. On Thursday, at Palmerston North, we had a fair entry or slieep and a good yarding of cattle.
