9 THE FEDERATION DISSATISFIED. By Teleeraiih-I'ress Associatt-on-Copyrteht London, June 4. Mr. Ashton, secretary of the Miners' Federation of Great Britain, which recently threatened to withhold its weekly contribution of .£3OOO towards the' Welsh mine strikers, has circularised the branches of the federation. He animadverts on the Cambrian miners' recent rejection of an agreement which embodied what they had asked for, and their action in then seeking to enforce Rule 20, which was intended to be operative only whea other means had failed.
