"NO STATEMENT TO MAKE."
Speaking yesterday to tho Acting-Mini-eter for Justice (tho Hon. G. Fo\ylds), a Dominion reporter referred to tho opinion expressed by a number of newspapers that the Department of Justice should take steps in the direction of instituting criminal i>;-oceedings against T. K. Macdonald. Tho Minister was invited to malco a statement for publication. "My answer is, ho replied, "that I have no statement to make with reference to it at present."
