$ AUSTRALIAN HIGH COURT'S FINDING. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Rec. May 31,.8.40 p.m.) Melbourne, May 31. The High Court's decision in the case wherein Frank Osborne sought a declaration that the Commonwealth Land Tas was invalid, and not within the powers of the Federal Parliament, unanimously upholds the tax as constitutionally valid.
