PERMITS: Reporting on building progress in tho city during tho year ended March 31, 1911, the City Engineer (Mr. W. H. Morton) states that in the period named 368 permits were issued for tho erection of new buildings and for alterations and additions to existing buildings in tho city, as compared with 2GO for the previous year.
