At tho annual dinner of the New South Wales Alliance, Archdeacon Boyco said it was now 31 years since ho first raised tho local option flag. In that period tho drink bill of New South Wales had fallen by 10 per cent, per head of the population, and tho convictions for drunkenness by 50 per cent.
