Train, the aviator whoso machine swerved at Issy prior to the start of the Paris to Madrid race, the accident resulting in General Berteaux, Minister for War, being killed and M. Moms, Prime Minister, being seriously injured, was brought before, the Court' on a chargo of manslaughter. After hearing evidence, the magistrate exonerated Train, who was discharged from custody.
