(Specially written for The Dominion.) SATURDAY. Cold Corned Beef, 31 ashed Potatoes. Cabbage. Baked Apples. Sago Pudding. SUNDAY. Roast Sirloin liecf. Baked Potatoes. Spinucli. Fruit Salad. SUPPER. Cold Roast Fowls. Beetroot. Meringues. Trifle. MERINGUES. Throe ounces castor sugar, whites of four eggs.- Beat together to' a stiff froth. Flavour with vanilla. Place on a. cool oven tray and bake for two hours with tho door open. FOR .TO-MORROW. Cold Roast Beef. Artichokes. Potatoes.
