TO-DAY'S DINNER.
(Specially written for Tbe Dominion.) FRIDAY. Corned Beef. Suet Dumplings. Mashed Potatoes. Carrots. Turnips. Cottage Pudding. COTTAGE PUDDING. Two cups of flour, 1 cup of sugar, 2 tablespoons of butter, 1 cup of milk, 2 eggs, ' 2 teaspoons of cream of tartar, teaspoon of soda, i teaspoon of salt. Sift cream or tartar, soda, salt, and flour together, add sugar and butter, anil rub till fine; beat eggs and add with milk. Bake in a buttered pie-disli for three-qunrters of au hour. FOR TO-MORROW. Cold Corned Beef. Cabbage. Potatoes. Apples. FOR SUNDAY. Six pounds Sirloin of Beef. Potatoes. Spinach. Fruit for Salad. FOR SUPPER. ' One Pair Fowls for Roasting. Beetroot. Six Sponge Cakes.
