'Hiis property, Mr. (JoUrell, in his will, instructed Ins executors lo .sell ami hand the proceeds lo the .Diocesan Tension Hoard, to he used by that body, at its discretion as to the manner, in aiding the aired and needy clergy in the diccess of Auckland. Acting upon this instruction ol' Mr. Cotirell, his executors have lost no time in selling the property, and have realised the s.atisiatiory sum of about A'MOO, which will be handed {;, the board lor administration. The pip. sent and future clergy of tho Auckland diocese as well as members of the Church generally, have good reason to remember the name of Mr. Cotirell with gratitude. i
