__} A DELUGE OF COMPLAINTS. By Telczraph—Press Association-Ootyrleht Sydney, May 13. After being deluged with complaints from telephone subscribers, the Federal Postmaster-General (Mr. Josiah Thomas) has decided to adopt a novel method of hearing details of the grievances. He is hiring tho Town Hall, and inviting all subscribers to attend, when he and the engineer of tho Department will listen to the grievances.
