OBSTRUCTED THE POLICE.

Robert Henderson, who was not in n fit condition to plead when charged, on Thursday, with obstructing Constable Shaw while the latter was in the execution of his duty, was brought forward again yesterday morning, when an additional charge of drunkenness was preferred against him. For the latter offence he was fined 205., with the option of seven days' imprisonment, but, for obstructing; the. police, he was sentenced to one" month's imprisonment without the option of a fiuo.
