BRAIN BALLS.
Wash tho brains well, free from skin and fibre, and throw them into boiling water; boil for ten minutes; strain and pound in a mortar, with J tcaspoonful of chopped sage, , or thyme, and salt. Bind with yolk of egg and some, breadcrumbs. Make into small balls, egg and crumb, and fry in deep fat.
