ROYAL DEBTS.
HEAVY BILL. FOR EX-KING MANUEL. By Toleeraph-Press Assoeiation-Oopyricht (Kec. May 11, 10.30 p.m.) Lisbon, May 11. The commission which has been inquiring into tha finances of the late Royal Familj finds that the State had advanced the late King Carlos .£720,000, and recommends that, when the amount of the loans to the other members of the Royal Family is known, the Provisional Government should repay themselves by instalments from ex-King Manuel's property in Portugal.
