TO-DAY'S DINNER.
(Specially written for Tub Dominion.) WEDNESDAY. Indian Curry. / Potatoes. Cabbage. Holy Poly Jam Pudding. INDIAN CURRY. One apple, 1 onion, 1 dessertspoonful of chutney, i dessertspoonful of brown sugar, 1 dessertspoonful of curry powder, ljoz. butter or dripping, lemon juice to taste, lib. fresh meat (cut into small pieces; mutton is best), j pint of stock, salt to taste. Chop the apple and onion finely, dredge the meat with a tablcspoonful of flour; fry n nice brown in tho dripping; lift the meat out of the pan; fry tho apple and onion a little; then add all ingredients except the lemon juice and coconut, which should not be added until just before serving. Simmer gently from 1£ hours. , Serve with boiled rice. FOR TO-MORROW. Loin of Mutton, lib Tomatoes, Tapioca. Tears.
