The "Daily Mail's" Tangier correspondent reports that all the tribes have proclaimed a Holy War. . v It is reported that Mekinez and Fez are favourable to the rebels, and are refusing to help tho Sultan. Food in Fez is said to be dear, and the natives insolent^ NO DESIRE TO INJuRE EUROPEANS. (Rec. May 10, 0.40 a.m.) Tangier, May 9. The Berbers are negotiating with the inhabitants of Fez regarding the rising within the city. The solo difficulty is safety of the European residents. All parties desire to avoid injuring thenj, and an armistice has been' suggested to enable the foreigners to escape. Major Bremond's soldiers, who are within the city, show signs of insubordination.
