ME. CANNON AND RECIPROCITY. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright New York, May 7. In the United States House of Representatives, the Farmers' Free List Bill debate has ended. A vote will probably bo taken on Monday. Mr. Joseph Cannon, ex-Speaker of the House, bitterly attacked tho AmericanCanadian Reciprocity measure. He alleged that tho Free List Bill was merely an effort to compensate the farmers because of the Reciprocity proposals.
