"The Times's" military correspondent, in an articta on New Zealand's defenco organisation, pays a tribute to the quality of the Dominion's military spirit. Tho correspondent urges that as many years must elapse before New Zealand will possess sufficiently trained local senior officers, Britain should not stint the supply of her best men.
