CEMENT LOADING DISPUTE.
THE TENSION ENDED. By Tdleerapli—Press Association-Oopjrieht (Rec. May 4, 1.5 a.m.) Sydney, May 3. The wharf labourers, at a largely-at-tended meeting, decided to handle cement in paper-lined bags, sewn in a dust-proof manner, if they were paid threepence an hour extra. This paves the way for tho signing of an inter-State agreement. Shipping circles are relieved at the decision.
