Information received by the Tokomaru, which arrived at Dunedin on Sunday, from London direct, states-that the AotcV is still at Cape Town in a patched-up condition, the pumps being in constant use to keep her a3oat. She was lying at the wharf when the Tokomaru left, and it wa3 not then known what was to be done with her. THE STAR OF CANADA. Tho local agents of the Tyser Lino (Messrs. Before coniing on to Wellington the vessel calls at Sydney and Auckland, and is due hero about May 22. NEW STEAMER KANNA. The Union Company's new cargo steamer Kanna is to leave Home about the beginning of June for Newcastle, via South African ports. ' After arrival at Newcastle she will take up the running between ports on the north-west coast of Tasmania and Sydney, MOItAYSHIEE LEAVES SYDNEY. In continuation of her voyago from Liverpool to Wellington, via way ports, tho F.-H.-S. Line's steamer left Sydney on Monday for Auckland. She should show up at Wellington about May 14. Line's chartered steamer Jlarpacun arrived at Wellington yesterday. The vessel is owned by Messrs. J. and C. Harrison, of London, and in quite a new ship, having been built la;,t year at West Hartlepool. She is on her first visit to this part of the world. The narpafius left New York on January 23, and her voyaso was uneventful, Hue weather gonerallv being experienced throughout. Upon completion of discharge here, the vcsrcl leaves at noon t.i-morrow for Lyttelton and Dunedin to complete.
