SIR CHARLES PELLBTIER. By Teleerapli-Pross AssocialioD.-Conyrteht Quebec, May 1. Tho Licutenant-Governor of Quebec, Sir Charles Pelletier, is dead. [Sir Charles Pellctier was born at Riviere, Quellc, in 18:J7, and was educate ed at St. Anno La I'ocatiero College and Laval University. Hβ was called to the Bar in 1860, and made a Q.C. in 1879. In 1869 he entered politics, and from 1890 to 1901 was Speaker in the Senate of Canada. From 1005 to 1308 ho was a Judgo of tho Supremo Court of the provinco of Quebec, a position he resigned to become Liouteuant-Governor.]
