It is hoped to dispatch the Emiordalo from Grcymouth for Melbourne today or to-morrow. At nbon to-day the Tyser liner Whtikarua is expected to leave Lyttelton fori Wellington. Here she completes Homeward loading, and-leaves for London on Wednesday next. Captain Evans, R.N.. of R.M.B. Aorangi, was a passenger to Sydney by the Mocraki last night. He is on holiday leave. Not being able to negotiate the Grcymouth bar yesterday, the Mapounka returned to Wcstport, arriving at 8 a.m. She sailed at 7 p.m. for Nelson and Wellington, and should reacli the latter port nbout 5 p.m. to-day. The Koniata at Wcstport, and the P.ohcrua at Greymouth, arc still bar bound. Hopes are entertained of getting both vessels away for Wellington to-day. Mr. P. B. Watt shipped El horses to Sydney by the Moeralti last night. Dr. Schumacher, surgeon of 'It.M.S. Mai--tai, has signed off the vessel. Yesterday, R.M.S. Maitai was moved under the 35-ton crane to have her crank shalt taken out. A new one is to be placed in position beforo tins vessel Bails for San Francisco, via way ports, on Wednesday next. -
