IN THE MATTER OF TIIE TEAMWAYS ACT, ISIOS. ■pUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that ■L it is the intention of the Council of the Borough of Karori to apply for a further order varying the Authorising Orders made under the above Act and dated respectively the 2J.th day of December, 1906, and tho 13th day of February, 1311, to the intent that the Council may be permitted to issue workers' return tickets at single fares, available for tho dais of issue only on any car starting from any terminus in the Borough at or before 7.30 a.m., and for return on any car leaving any terminus in the Borough at or before 1.30 p.m. on Saturdays or at or before 6..'W p.m. on anv other w.cek day not bein;; a Statutory Holiday. The maximum fare for such return ticket being fourpence, and that so long as the Council issues workers' return tickets as aforesaid the provisions of the said Orders-in-Couneil relathic to workers' cars and to fares payable by workers shall bo suspended.
