THE SECRET CASE.
JUDGMENT THIS MORNING,
When the Court of Appeal met. yesterday the Chief Justice (Sir Robert Stout) announced that tho reserved decision of tho Court in the case Thomas Kennedy Macdonald v. Mary Rose, Janet .Mackay Rose, Ellen Roberta Greenfield, and John Greenfield would be given this morning. This case, which was heardbefore Mr. Justice 'Williams, Mr. Justice Denniston, Mr. Justice Edwards, and Mr. Justice. Cooper, is an appeal against the judgment,.ofuSiriißoiiort l Stout (Chief Justice) and Mr. 'Justice Chapman on February 10 last. That judgment gave leave to" respondents to issue a writ of attachment against the appellant (tlien defendant) for failing to comply with an order of tho Court of December 22, 1910, for the- payment of a sum of over £3504.
