The menu of a wedding feast in a small Hungarian village is reported from Vienna. The wedding rejoicing starred on a Monday afternoon and lasted uiilil the Thursday nijjht. There were 1400 guests, and they consumed an ox roasted whole, eight calves, six lambs, 650 geese tto turkeys, 1200 chickens, 60 pigeons loaves, 400 tins of biscuits, 2ewt of rice, 1320 gallons of wine, and 100 barrels of beer. Five bauds played during the. entertainment.
