FIERCE FIGHTING. A HEAVY DEATH-ROLL. By Telenraph—Press Association-Copyrichl Vienna, April 21. A telegram received here from Scutari, Turkey, reports that sanguinary conflicts have taken place between Albanians and Turkish regulars in the Kastrali district. Unconfirmed reports are to the effect that during the fighting 1500 were killed and COO wounded. To which side tho advantage, if any, went has not beeii stated.
