INTERNATIONAL PRIZE COURT. REPRESENTATION OF OVERSEAS DOMINIONS, By TelcsrapU-Press Association-Oopyrinht London, April 20. Mr. Guinness (Unionist), speaking in tho House of Commons, said that had the Colonial Office been in closer touch with the overseas Dominions' opinion, it might have, secured their representation on the international Prize Court. Mr. T. M'Kinnon Wood (Parliamentary Under-Secretary to the Foreign Office) replied that reflection would have shown Mr. Guinness that it was hardly likely foreign nations would grant Britain five or sis votes on the court.
