FOUR MEN THROWN FROM A' BALLOON, By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright (Reo. April 18, 1.15 a.m.) Berlin, April 17. The Dresden balloon competition took place in the presence of several thousands of spectators. A balloon broke loose and failed to clear the neighbouring gasworks, pitching four aeronauts to the ground. They were terribly injured, and the races were stopped. . MACHINE OVERTURNS. Vancouver, April 17. Jack Depries, an aviator, was landing from a flight here when, his machine overturned, and he fell, fracturing his skull. He will probably die. *
