The Pnlmerston bowling tournament was continued on Saturday, when a full rink match was concluded, being won by Wylie, of Pctonc, with Leighton, of To Riw.i, as runner-up. The pairs matches could not bo commenced, owing to the rain, but will be played to-day.. TOUKXAMENT AT NELSON. ■ Nelson, April 15. Heavy rain fell all yesterday and last night, putting a stop to jnost of the fixtures. Tho principal attraction was the bowline tournament, which is now proceeding under disadvantageous conditions. Only one green is playable. Now. ■town beat Riversdale and Nelson; Kelson and Wellington beat Khandallah. TO PLAY WANGANUI.
