Three involuntary petitions in bankruptcy, the amount involved aggregating over two and a half million "pounds, havo been filed against three officials of the Carnegie Trust Company—W. J. Cummings (president), C. A." Moore, and Martin J. Condon (directors). Tho assets of tho company are very small.
